ATAG Heating Company was founded in the Netherlands and has been designing and manufacturing heating solutions for over 70 years.

ATAG are a big name in the commercial boiler market but have recently been making waves in the domestic boiler market too.

The new ‘i’ range of boilers use ATAG’s innovative iCon heat exchanger; made from stainless steel it maintains a staggering 98% of its efficiency throughout its lifetime. These boilers also have the lowest NOx emissions, making them more environmentally friendly.

ATAG boilers have a high build quality and are known for their reliability. All models come with a standard warranty of 10 years, which can be extended up to 14 years if fitted with additional equipment packages. All ATAG boilers also come with a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger.

ATAG combi boilers

ATAG manufactures two models of combi boilers: the iC and the iC Economiser Plus, which are available in a range of sizes to suit small, medium and large homes. All of ATAG’s combi boilers come with a 10 year warranty as standard and are ERP A-rated for efficiency.

The iC Economiser Plus range of boilers have been designed to go even further at cutting down wasted energy. They have a built-in passive flue recovery system, which captures waste energy and uses it to pre-heat the main water. This further increases energy efficiency and saves money on your energy bills.

ATAG regular boilers

A regular boiler is fed by water from a cold water storage tank, which it heats and stores in a hot water cylinder until it is needed. For homes with multiple bathrooms or a high demand for lots of hot water at once, a regular boiler is a better option than a combi.

The ATAG iR regular boiler has an efficiency of 94% and is available in five outputs. For smaller homes with 1-2 bedrooms and up to 9 radiators, the 14.7kW or 17.5KW model will be large enough to meet your heating and hot water requirements. Larger homes with 3-5 bedrooms and more than 1 bathroom should look at the 31.kW or 38.8k options.

ATAG system boilers

System and regular boilers both store hot water in a cylinder, but unlike regular boilers, system boilers connect to the mains water supply and don’t require a cold water storage tank to be installed. This means they can deliver water at a consistent pressure (even if you are running two hot water taps at the same time) and don’t take up as much space.

The ATAG iS system boiler is available in five outputs, ranging from 14.7kW to 38.8kW. It has built-in frost protection, is fully compatible with solar thermal hot water systems and cmes with a 10 year warranty as standard.
